As it goes, we are so totally psyched about growing readership and services and have recently had one of the editors to enroll in a women's micro-enterprise initiative with the Center for Black Women's Wellness in the ATL! After a recent workshop, a swag bag full of Avon goodies was given! How cool! With the advancement of so many beauty brands, Avon continues to stand out, giving many women--especially moms--a chance to supplement family incomes on flexible schedules! Who didn't have a mom or aunt who sold Avon and broke us off with beauty treats from the children's pages. Talk about love?
