Today's Joy List

  • Shopping for healthy foods at the market - in fact I'm pretty sure I'm considered a grocery store line snob with my conveyor belt arrangement of all my healthy organic grains, fresh veggies and fruits :(
  • Admiring and smelling the Fall bouquets in the market
  • Enjoying aromatherapy at home
  • Making a healthy remake of one of my favorite local Thai restaurant dinners
  • Rocking a hot outfit - with (no) apologies to my womanist and feminist friends who question this joy! :)
  • Fifteen minute at home yoga session
  • Getting my to-do list completed
  • At-home reflexology self-love
  • A wonderful Donald Byrd mix
  • G-chatting with a cool friend and arts colleague and wonder woman
