If you're like us, you've hit your share of snooze buttons in the morning to get just a few more minutes of precious sleep before getting started on your day. After an extended vacay, it can be especially challenging to get going in the morning.
Confetti Moment's here to help you get back to your morning routine with a few easy tricks. They'll help energize you so you can do with mornings what you will: make that PTA meeting presentation, nail those new yoga postures, or simply get the children and husband off to school and work without a hitch.
1. Instead of hitting snooze on your alarm, grab your phone and play a pre-programmed playlist that will energize you to leave the bed.
You can even wiggle your toes, legs, and arms in bed yoga moves for five to ten minutes to get the energy flowing.
2. Invest in beauty products that excite! Try an amazingly-scented shower gel and quality loofah to amp you up from your night's sleep.
3. Save time in the morning by allowing makeup products to do double or even triple duty! Use a lipstick as a blush or a concealer as intended and also as a brow highlighting tool, lipstick primer, and under eye depuffing friend.
4. So many of us love our morning cup of joe. Remember though, this caffeinated drink will drain vital nutrients and so, it has to be balanced. Drink a tall drink of water to properly nourish your body. Add lime or berries to keep it fun!🍒
